What you do is you write the iso image to a cd or dvd. I have tried to write it to a cd and it worked without any problem for me. You need to use one of the cd writers. There are two that you can try that I can think of. There are probably a lot more.

You want to write it as a data disk. I made a mistake of not doing that, and it did not boot. You will get a warning message in k3b if you try to write an iso image to a non data format. The message tells you that the iso file is already a file system so that you do not need to write a file system on the cd.

k3b is a KDE cd writer. cdrecord is a command line utility.

Once you write it, then you reboot with the cd in your cdrom drive. You need to be able to boot from cdrom. I tried before without the right settings and nothing happened. I could not figure it out until somebody explained it to me. You have to select the BIOS settings to tell it to boot from cdrom. Either "del" or "esc" or something like that when you boot to start the BIOS editor and select cdrom as boot source, if your cdrom does not boot.

If you already have the disk made, install the disk then restart the computer. If everything is right the program should start loading. If it does not then check out the boot order and change it to where the cd/dvd player is first in the boot order then restart.
