What should I use to manage accounts on XAMPP?

I have been doing my homework and I've found all kinds of programs that claim to manage accounts, but a lot of them, like pure-ftpd, seem to be standalone and wont interact with xampp. I don't have any programming skills beyond html and basic javascript, and I come from windows so I would very much prefer a gui.

What program or addon would you recommend to add and manage user accounts on XAMPP and why? If you know of a way to make xampp do it I would gladly accept a URL, I haven't been able to find a satisfactory answer.
