First of all CentOS 6 is at (at least) Update 6 so you best get with it and update first.
Secondly it's not "11g r2 rac" but Oracle 11g r2 RAC so always strive to be exact and complete.
Third, since you're "planning", what research have you actually done yourself? Did you check Oracle RAC documentation? RHEL RAC documentation?

CentOS only supports the CURRENT minor version
right now that is
CentOS 5.11
CentOS 6.6 ( will be 6.7 is a week or 3 )
CentOS 7.1

also Oracles database runs BEST!!! on Oracles OWN clone of redhat
Oracle Linux 7.1 is the current

Oracle optimisms IT'S operating system to run IT'S database best

Are you sure? This states OEL, just like CentOS, uses RHEL source stripped of trademarks and text. So the only difference is your choice between kernels and nothing else.

i will need to find it but according to
http://www.phoronix.com

Oracle really has optimized it to run there DB the best even better than on RHEL

not to surprising it is their DB and their OS
