what Linux command is used to convert Exit=19 event message into human readable format

I have event message Exit=19 in audit log file. I need to translate it into human readable format in Linux.
Can anyone help me out?

Does this audit program have a man page I wonder.

That is human readable -- I can quite clearly see it says "Exit: 19".
Now, as to what I make of that it would depend upon what I had set that to mean when I was writing the software. If I hadn't written the software I would either read the manual, ask the person who wrote the software (if it was a colleague), google it, or ask on a forum stating the name of the software and the conditions in which I saw the message.

In other words, the question, as stated, is unanswerable nonsense.
