What is this?

I ran a program called p0f using a shell script and used grep to check whether it is run. But I do not know what the other parameters are.

[root@lnx01 root]# ps aux |grep p0f
root 5154 0.2 0.4 4156 1064 ? S 13:03 0:00 /bin/sh /www/htdo
cs/main/c2/testsystem/start-p0f.sh
root 5155 0.0 0.2 1584 600 ? S 13:03 0:00 p0f
root 5157 0.0 0.2 3572 624 pts/0 S 13:03 0:00 grep p0f
[root@lnx01 root]#

Hope someone can explain them
Thanks
James
