what is the mean of this symbol

I find the entry in the host table , what is the ::1 mean ? thanks

::1 localhost.localdomain localhost

That points to an ipv6 entry (127.0.0.1 when using ipv4).

::1 is the compressed form of 0:0:0:0:0:0:0:1 (loop back address in IPv6)
