what is the difference between mdraid09.mod and mdraid09_be.mod in grub ?

I am wondering what is the difference between mdraid09.mod and mdraid09_be.mod nad mdraid1x.mod ? How and when to use them ?

Is there any deailed description of modules of grub 2 ?

From the source: mdraid1x_linux.c - little endian, mdraid_linux_be.c - big endian.
