what is the difference between acl and selinux
 
I know these two tools is control the file , folder permission , would advise what is the difference of these two ? thanks

simply , selinux have pre-defined security setting , it protectes a set of file / directory , while acl need to setup on user's own , user can set file by file , directory by directory ? thanks

ACLs are a form of discretionary access control (DAC) whereas SElinux provides mandatory access control (MAC)
