Question what is the best dialup tool for a 56k modem in mandrake 9.2

I have been having problems finding a suitable dial-up so that i don´t have to use MCC all the time.

i can successfully dial-up to my ISP with MCC network and Internets drake connect. but don't know enough to create a ¨shortcut¨.

install kppp, which is a kde app. I remember is not installed by default so, from console:

urpmi kppp

Once installed via urpmi, call it from console also, with 'kppp' or search for it in the K menu, It's installed in Kmenu/ internet /Remote access

Regards
