What is the best choise for Acer 5520 notebook? Ubuntu/Fedora/Debian

Hi!
I have decided to instal linux on my new laptop Acer 5520.
I have three variants: Ubuntu 8.10, Fedora 9 and Debian GNU/Linux 4.0 r3 "Etch" - Official i386. What is better?
What is better, more effective and more convenient to adjust and administer?
The equipment:
processor: AMD Athlon 64 X2 Dual-Core TK-57 1.90 GHz
RAM: 1023 M
Video Display Adapter: NVidia GeForce 8400M G
Audio Device: Realtek High Definition Audio
DVD: PIONEER DVD-RW DVRKD08RS ATA-Device
Disk: WDC WD1200BEVS 22UST0 ATA Device

(This information is received from the dispatcher of devices Windows Vista)

If somebody has other variants, don't be silent, please.

You should go for ubuntu

I agree with repo.

Debian is surely not the best for notebooks, if you don't want to configure many things manually.
Ubuntu has all advantages of Debian plus current drivers and software plus ease of use.
Fedora is ... well ... Fedora. If you're once used to the Debian way to do things (including derivatives like Ubuntu), you won't like Fedora or Suse anymore.

Ubuntu 7.10 is listed as working on the 5520:

So the later versions should be fine, too. There's also instructions for getting things working; although they're in Italian or German (depending on the site) the command-line bits are straightforward.

How do you know?

Just because you don't like it doesn't mean others wont find it better. I can think of plenty of advantages of Fedora and Suse over Ubuntu. I don't like any of them, but they all have their merits for certain people.

Thanks. I am going to instal Ubuntu because of bad working touchpad in Fedora 9, though, I can be not right.
Whether it is possible to adjust correctly touchpad in Fedora?

Hold fire there!
Run Ubuntu from a live CD rather than just install - that way you'll know if it works or not straight away rather than crossing your fingers and hoping it'll work after the install.

I have loaded Ubuntu 8.04 from Live-CD - like works...
