What is pm-profiler ?


Hi i'm new to Linux.

I have a SLES 11 from Novell.
And the Server shuts down at 00:00 ...
it is triggered by pm-profiler.
What is pm-profiler ?!

Does anybody know ?

PM Profiler is a power management daemon, I believe your server is shutting down based on user-configurable options. Either remove the pm-profiler package or edit /etc/pm-profiler.conf or associated configuration files in /etc/pm-profiler/.
