What is a good OLD distro?

I'm looking to put Linux on one of my older computers, it's about 13 years old now. It still has Windows 3.1 but I would like to take Windows off and put a Linux system on it. Are there any ones that you install from a floppy disc?

What do you want to do with it?

Router/Firewall
Web Server
Mail Server
Graphical box?

Take a look at:

you can try Red Hat 5.2/6.2... you can also try lighter distros like knoppix, Peanut Linux, Vector Linux, etc...
