Hello and welcome to the forum

As you might be aware, Visual Studio will not run in any distribution of Linux as it is a Windows application. From what I see here, it doesn't even run well in WINE but your experience may differ (provided that Microsoft's EULA allows VS to be run in an emulator.) The closest native solution that I know of is Visual Studio Code which may or may not meet your requirements. Installation instructions can be found here under "Installation" and then "RHEL, Fedora and CentOS based distributions." Please read through all the articles linked to above carefully, you will most likely need to install additional components in addition to VSC.

Perhaps other members who have more knowledge in this particular area can comment. If you need the full version of Visual Studio, it would probably be best to purchase both the application and a supported retail copy of Windows (if you don't already have Windows) that is best suited for your system (and that will support the version of VS you're wanting.)

Regards...

If you are wanting to program in C# you can use MonoDevelop
