What can i do to speed up the network in Ubuntu?
 
I find the rate of downloading package files from main repository is very slow in my computer(ubuntu OS).What can i do to speed up it? Thanks!

Open Software Sources and select the Ubuntu Software tab:

1. Click on drop down next to Download from:

2. Select Other... option

3. Press button marked Select Best Server

4. Press button marked Choose Server

5. Close and update
