What are these dvices? /dev/cciss

Hi,

I am checking the disk system and got the following result.

/dev/cciss/c0d0p2 / 10321048 783976 9012792 9%
/dev/cciss/c0d0p1 /boot 75041 13206 57960 19%

What are these devices /dev/cciss ? Are these raid devices or san?

Usually, they are block devices created by HP Smart Array RAID controller. The name c0d0p1 stats for controller 0, device 0, partition 1 (and so on).
