No, the 2 mb you see is normal when using something like etcher to put an iso onto usb. diskpart is a windows cmd tool to get the usb back to normal in windows if reformatting the drive doesn't work. I personally prefer to use rufus to put iso's on usb as it keeps the read/write function and windows sees the whole usb.

hi so do i have to type cmd .exe, the letter of the key and type diskpart enter?
how do i do this?

when i arrive at select disk x . my is name H pc answers the disk you specified is not valid ther is no disk selected.

can you help?

Have to select the number like select disk 3 if it is number 3. Make sure you select the correct disk, If you select the wrong disk you'll wipe out the windows drive.
