Evince is in the standard Fedora repos (for current Fedora versions).

There is also Adobe Acrobat reader (not that I use it). There are plenty of open source alternatives and you probably have one installed by default on your system already.

KGhostView and Kpdf when using the KDE Window Manager. Xpdf should also be mentioned, being the first PDF-reader on Unix.

I believe the gnome install also has gpdf. Try

apropos pdf

in a cli terminal.
