what am i missing in eclipse

i am trying to add the ADT tools in my eclipse and this is the error mesage i am getting:

""Cannot complete the install because one or more required items could not be found.
Software being installed: Android Development Tools 10.0.1.v201103111512-110841 (com.android.ide.eclipse.adt.feature.group 10.0.1.v201103111512-110841)

Not sure which one will be closed though, most likely this one, due to the fact that you started the other one earlier than this one.
