where the hell do I download imageburn Im on the site but its confusing

Did you try the Download tab at the top of the page? There's 8 separate mirrors listed there along with the package's MD5, SHA-1 and CRC32 sums.

Which ever one you fancy; all the listed mirrors should hold the same file - that's why they call them mirrors!
