man is really a start to finish doc, you read the whole thing start to end.
info, can contain hyperlinks, so that you can navigate around to the info you need, and it will change docs if neccesary. Kinda like all the links on a wiki page.

If there is no info page avalible though it will usually just show the contents of man :scratch:

I only use man these days. Or links http://www.google.com :)

Seriously, info is a more verbose form of information about topics whereas man defaults to show only the first page found, even if the page exists in several sections.
