wget info please help

Hello All:

My yum stuff is broke, and I can't uninstall ("segmentation fault" error)
I'm in the middle of upgrading to rh 9 (and from there to Fedora stuff) from rh 7.3.

Please don't suggest buying the cd's. This is where I'm at. Cd's are not possible at this juncture. I'm far from where cd's are bought and sold.

Does wget support dependency issues?
What options should I use?

Any pointers?
Howto sites?

Any relevant advice greatly appreciated.

try searching yahoo or google for, say, 'wget'? the first result from both searches will direct you to the official site.. which would i think contain documentation.
or look at the man page? if you dont have it installed then check an online man page for it? say at, i dunno,
