wget failure on my system


Hi All,
I want the wget command to work on my linux machine.This is the output of the uname command on my machine

Linux kalpana

I get the error -ksh: wget: command not found.So can anyone tell me how do I install the wget utility on my machine.

He doesn't seem to be having yum

@OP,

If this is true, are you using some stripped down version of distribution? Or you are not sure you have yum?

He has RHEL4,he mentioned in some other post!
Suggestion is same install GCC from add remove
