WEP Encryption Key:26chars_what choices must change in ubuntu 9.10 for the new change

I connect wireless success
WEP Encryption Key:10chars
Interface Type: 802.11b/g
well now in my windows pcs changed to
WEP Encryption Key:26chars [windows success]
what choices must change in ubuntu 9.10 for the new change?

can you tell for 26chars WEP, what choices do not try[NOT Appropriate], so find the solution for the right choice[selections of the form - WLAN CONN] easier of the REMAINING?

eg do not try "40/128..." but "128 passphrase"...?

And sorry for not answering your question (not that I fully
understand what you're asking), but you really should try to
get away from WEP ... even with a longer key the average time
for someone to hack into it/crack the keys is ~ 5 minutes.

Try using WPA2 if possible.
