Weird key repeating problem

about 1 time on 10, the letter I type is repeated ; wich means that I have to double check everything I type, and even triple check when the problem occur when I double check

Whatever, I don't have the problem under windows so the keyboard works well and I've tried other keyboard configuration without success.

I will appreciate greatly any help!

specification : redhat7.3, laptop toshiba satellite 1405

Does it happen in all circumstances, or only with certain programs? If you switch to another console (Ctrl+Alt+F1), does it still happen?
