Webmin problem
 

when ever i try to take backup from webmin i get following error message.

Starting backup of module configuration files to /Applications/backup.tar.gz ..

.. failed! TAR failed :

I dont understand meaning of this error, pls help me with this.

Webmin Backup fails
 

Are you sure that the user your are using to login to webmin and/or actually run the backup has permissions to write in this /Applications directory? That's probably it, but it can also be a disk full problem or it can't find one or more of the sources that you trying to backup. Could happen if you select a module to backup that you don't use, for example, if you tell it to backup the postfix module, but don't actually postfix installed, it can give you that error also.
