Weblogic: starting and stopping servers

Hi,

I have Weblogic server installed on my linux machine for deploying war files on linux. can any one tell me the steps of deploying the war files on linux and also starting and stopping the server using some command.

I browsed through net couldnt find much info available, it will be usefull if anyone posts the link to refer.
