Webcam doesn't work with Kubuntu 12.04 LTS

My built in webcam on my HP 515 doesn't work with Skype on Kubuntu 12.04. I have used it with Xubuntu and Ubuntu, but it doesn't function even though the device seems to be recognized by the skype program.

The device is listed as CNF8243 on /dev/video0. Anyone encountered this problem?
