Webcam auto exposure

I'm using a Genius VideoCam Express V2 camera.
On the CD, there was a webcam watching program, that can auto exposure.
That makes the picture much cleaner and nicer.

Is there a webcam viewer program for linux, that support this function? With Gnome-meeting, the picture is dark, and the brightness/gamma controls don"t help too much.
