Dear Sir,

http error number 404 occur and display this following error

"Apache/2.2.3 (Red Hat) Server at pr-ai.hit.edu.cn Port 80"

please help me.

That means you entered a URL that doesn't exist on that machine.
How is this a Linux question?

As has been pointed out, the URL doesn't exist. You need to provide useful information (like version/distro of Linux, what you've tried/done, what's changed, etc.), before we can help you. And is this YOUR website, or something on the internet? Can you get to it from another machine?

Also...there are not just "sir"'s on this site.
