web server error

when i do mailq in my webserver most of the mails in the que say this
"452 Message for < email address> would exceed mailbox quota (in reply to RCPT TO command))"

what does it mean

I think it means that the recipient's mailbox is close to being full, and your e-mail would take them over their limit. If you're trying to send an attachment, try sending an e-mail without an attachment, telling them that you can't send the file because their mailbox is almost full. Or put the file on a web server and e-mail them the URL.
