Lightbulb web nmap

I am trying to configure web nmap using httpd/apache2.0....and for whatever vague reason i get error:

1. File does not exist: /var/www/html/var at least that is what the error log tells me. I have never defined this particular line anywhere...mostly it is /var/www/html. The lingering var comes from where? no clue...

2. Directory index forbidden by rule: /var/www/html/
I also don't know how to fix this.

and it doesn't tell me where that line is coming from...so I am more lost

if anyone had success configuring nmap web interface please help. I checked all the *.pm, *.pl that came with nmap and httpd.conf file....but I couldn't figure out where the problem is coming from.
