want to Run autogrid4/autodock4 parallel on HPC

hello there... can anyone help me running autogrid4 and autodock4 parallel on HPC...(RHEL 5)

I tried to do it in windows machine ... it works but the windows machine is a stand alone pc.

the HPC has 40 nodes with 4 TF/360 cores processors and 640 GB Memory...

I dont know anything bout MPI or any commands to run either fortran etc.
