Red Hat (EL) 5 is not free ..
You have to buy it, or try an evaluation version (30 days) from here:
http://www.redhat.com/rhel/details/eval/
Of course you have to register first

Google about it. RHEL is paid not free. If you want you can download CentOS5.3 which is RHEL with logos removed. Download from LQ Download Linux link.

Assuming that you are not a spammer, here is what you need on 'urgent' basis: http://catb.org/esr/faqs/smart-questions.html

Also, assuming that you are not asking RedHat for your company deployment but for your personal use, mostly to prepare for RHCE exam, my suggestion is to use CentOS 5.3 (which is unbranded RHEL 5.3).

You can visit CentOS website for download link or purchase online from linux cd/dvd vendors. As you seem to be from India, one vendor I know (regularly purchase) is Rainbowcomputech. Here is the link: http://rainbowcomputech.com/index.php?categoryID=8
