Wallpaper in Linux

we have default wallpaper in our company, As an administrator, I want to set automatically wallpaper on user's desktop. I also want to restrict them to changing their wallpaper.

You are looking for "sabayon". From its description:

Code:

Sabayon is a tool to help sysadmins and user change and maintain the default behaviour of the
GNOME desktop. This package contains the graphical tools which a sysadmin use to manage Sabayon profiles.

Sabayon it is a standard utility in RHEL, currently on version 2.12.4.
If it is not installed, run "yum install sabayon sabayon-apply" to install the two packages needed.
