VSFTPD on startup?

Hey everyone I am running Fedora Core 5 and am quite new with linux. I have VSFTD set up, but I was wondering how to set my FTP server to launch on startup. Thank you for your time.

run "chkconfig --levels 35 vsftpd on"

//not related to network ing. moved to Linux - Newbie.

I gave that a try, it looked as if it would work, but I am still unable to connect after reboot...

Correction, I believe the process is working on startup now...just my own troubles trying to connect to it...thank you very much

if you installed it from the rpm's on the redhat cd then that'll work fine. if you instaleld from a generic source, there will be no service scripts, so it won't.
