VSFTP Setup

Running redhat 8.0 with VSFTP.

1. How can we configure to have anonymous users default to a file other than /var/ftp directory

2. Then how do we configure designated local users to have upload and download permissions to a different directory than the anonymous users

3. What is the best way to secure the FTP server with this configuration
