Vpn client problems

I installed vpn client on my machine and when I try to load the module, I get this:
Dynamic25-9:/home/demo # /etc/init.d/vpnclient_init start
Starting /usr/local/bin/vpnclient: insmod: error inserting '/lib/modules/2.6.5-7.111-default/CiscoVPN/cisco_ipsec': -1 Invalid module format
Failed (insmod)

Does anyone know how to fix this? Distro: suse 9.1

I have yet to get the cisco vpn client to work with the 2.6.x kernel series. Anything above 2.4.20 works with no problems from what I've dealt with.

Is there any other option available which can be used with a network that requires a Cisco VPN?
