Unhappy VPN'ing through a RHL9 acting proxy

I have a PII 333 PC that has Red Hat Linux 9 installed. I am using it as a bridge between an ADSL modem and the rest of my home network. Main programs being used are Squid & PROftpd.
What I would like to be able to do is VPN from a Win2k PC to my works system running NT4.

Has anyone done this, and have easy to read instructions on what to check / setup.

Any help would be appreciated.
