VNC-The connection was refused by host machine


Hi,i am trying to remote access using vnc from my windows to linux machine but i got this error. I am gonna attach a image please check it and let me know,exactly what was the problem.

I get this error when I forget what I did on the host I want to reach.
So my suggestion is;
Either port is wrong or not open ( VNC ) or your firewall is up and blocking.
