VNC font issue

I run "vncserver", followed by "vncconfig -display :1 -connect 205.150.1--.--" and I get "Unable to open diplay 1".

The realVNC log tells me this..

Fatal server error:
could not open default font 'fixed'
xrbd: Connection refused
xrdb: can't open display ''
xmodmap: unable to open display ''

(gnome-session:16352): Gtk-WARNING **: cannot open display:

HELP! Thanks ;D
