Question VMware and Mandrake10.2

When i try to install it i get this message and i cant get past it. i get this here
"What is the location of the directory of C header files that match your running kernel? [/usr/src/linux/include]" any help?

You need running kernel source code... install it using rpm and creat soft link to /usr/src/linux

You have to install the package named kernel-source.
