Virtual scroll wheel for laptop touchpad not working on Arch Linux.
I believe it is PS/2 but I am unsure.
There isn't an option in the GNOME interface to edit this, either.
Am I missing some sort of GNOME utility, or what?

but you can try editing your /etc/X11/xorg.conf and add following to your touchpad device section:

Option "VertEdgeScroll" "true" #vertical scrolling when dragging along the right edge.
Option "HorizEdgeScroll" "true" #horizontal scrolling when dragging along the bottom edge.

Again, worked flawlessly. Although, just to note, for this I had to enable hotplugging and restart x to enable the feature. Well, whatever. Got my scrollwheel back.
