Vmware here too..

with the freely downloadable Workstation, Server and Converter products.
VMWARE is the most likely virtualization technology you would run into in a data center..

Being able to take a running machine, convert it to a vmware image, without taking the machine down, and then move the image to your VMWARE server is just too cool.

I don't have a hope in hell of even entering / seeing any data centers; no jobs up here mate!

Just doing this for my own interest & the college coursework. Cheers anyway, it's good to get recommendations.
