Virtual Box VirtualBox-5.0.14 - Kali - Timed out waiting for child request #1 ???
 
Greetings, I'm running Windows 7- 64bit. VirtualBox-5.0.14-105127-Win, BIOS Virtualization is Enabled.
When I "start" (in VBox) either 1) linuxmint-17.3-cinnamon-64bit or 2) kali-linux-2.0-amd64 > I get two error messages BUT both kali & mint DO start. Errors are 1) "Timed out after 60003 ms waiting for child request #1 (CloseEvents). (rc-258) and 2) Failed to open a session for the virtual machine kali-linux-2.0-amd64. Result Code: E_FAIL (0x80004005) Any help will be immensely appreciated.

I found a post on superuser.com: "I have also encountered the same problem on my windows 7 (64-bit) PC, but it is my anti-virus Avira that causes the improper startup of VBox (4.3.30). windows errors The VBox could be started up smoothly as before after I uninstalled Avira." I uninstalled everything Avira and VBox > Kali & Mint start just fine.
