vimrc retab

hello friends,
in fortran(.f90), i want to change all tabs to space, which i can do with retab.
is there anyway to put this in vimrc do that it will affect only .f90 files and not anything else like makefile etc?

If you happen to be the only user of the computer you're curently
on: hunt down and change your "fortran.vim" with your retab settings

... live happily ever after.

Cheers,
Tink
