PageUP and PageDN work for me, but you can also use CTRL-f for down (forward) or CTRL-b for up (back). CTRL-d is down (forward) half a page; CTRL-u is up (back) half a page.

I looked it up in my cheatsheet.

It's very helpful, I think, because vim has so many commands and these are the most widely used. Would you have a copy in plain ascii?
