viewing outcoming HTTP request?...

dear all,

is there any way I can see the HTTP request headers I'm sending in a real-time mode from shell? Let's say I'm visiting a web site and want to see all headers (cookies, etc) I send when I click on Mozilla's 'GO' button.

Thank you for any help.
