view linux drives in xp

hello all, i have fc4 on one harddrive (sata) and xp on a sata raid 0 setup. I am not able to view my fc4 HD in XP at all. I have a 4 gig .exe file on my linux drive and i want to transfer it to my windows drive so i can run it. Any help is appreciated.

ps. be as descriptive as possible for teh noob plz.

What filesystem are you using on your Linux drive? If it's ext2 or ext3, you can use Explore2fs. Not sure if there's a program for ReiserFS, though.
