Video problem on Toshiba laptop debian install
I managed through the debian 3.0 install, and when I rebooted and logged in, I found these 7 patches of strange video about 1 inch tall and about a third of the way up my screen. Each patch is like a fuzzy replica of the entire desktop.
I tried WindowMaker, Fluxbox, and twm - they show up regardless of the window manager. Any ideas? The machine is a Toshiba Satellite 2595CDS 400Mhz 64MB RAM I can get into detailed display specs if necessary. Thanks, JB |
