Video in Firefox

please do not hijack other people's threads with your question. Create your own thread for your own question, after searching to see if your question has been asked and answered already somewhere.

Also note that it is good practice to tell us what Linux operating system (and release version!) you are using when you are having a problem.

I assume you're using Ubuntu from the logo on your post. So, open up a terminal and type the following:
sudo apt-get install flashplugin-nonfree mozilla-plugin-vlc
Afterward you should be able to watch videos.
